Who can write a review?

Anyone who has worked with a company as a freelancer, vendor, or service provider can write a review. Just make sure its based on your real experience.

Do I need an account to write or read reviews?

You need to sign in with Google to write a review. Reading reviews is free and open to everyone.

Is it free to use?

Yes. Writing and reading reviews is completely free.

2. Writing a Review

How do I write a review?

Find a company or add if it doesn't exist, answer a few quick questions to post a review. It's simple and takes less than a minute.

What can I review?

You can write about your experience working as a vendor, freelancer, contractor, or service provider. You can talk about how they handled payments, changes in scope, communication, or how fairly they treated your business.

Can I update my review?

Yes, you can edit your review anytime by logging in with the same account.

How long does it take?

Just a minute or two. The questions are curated to make it easy and quick to collect your valuable response.

Will my name or company be shown?

No. We never show your name, company, or any personal details. Your review stays anonymous.

Are reviews anonymous?

Yes, fully. We don't show your name, email, or any personal info with your review. Not to the company. Not to anyone.

What information do you collect?

We collect your name and email when you log in—just to prevent spam. But we don't use it anywhere in your review and we don’t share it with anyone.

Can the company find out who wrote the review?

No, companies can’t see who wrote the review. We don’t show names, emails, or anything that can identify you. Please also don’t include names, phone numbers, or any personal details in your review—for your safety and privacy.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We store your data securely and follow India’s data privacy rules. We never sell or share your personal information.

4. Moderation & Community Guidelines

Do you check reviews before publishing them?

Yes. Every review goes through a quick moderation check to make sure it follows our community guidelines.

What kind of reviews are not allowed?

We don’t allow reviews which violate our community guidelines. Reviews with personal attacks, hate speech, threats, or false claims are strictly prohibited and will be removed. Keep your review focused on your professional experience with the company — avoid naming or commenting on individuals.

Can a company remove my review?

No. If a company disagrees with a review, they can report it. Our team will check if it breaks any rules.

What happens if a review breaks the rules?

We may remove the review and take action on the account. Repeated abuse may lead to a block.

5. For Businesses

Can a company respond to a review?

Not right now. We do not allow companies to respond to reviews on the platform.

Can businesses claim their profile?

No. This feature is not available yet but might be introduced in the future.

Can a business report a review?

Yes. If a review feels unfair, businesses can report it. We manually review such reports.

6. Dispute Resolution

I got a review I disagree with. What can I do?

If you’re a business, you can report the review. We’ll review and remove it only if it violates community guidelines.

How do you handle disputes?

We may ask for more info from both sides. But we won’t reveal who wrote the review.

Can you verify if a transaction happened?

We may ask the reviewer for proof but we won’t share it with the business. It’s just to decide if the review stays.

7. Rating Metrics

What do you rate a company on?

Reviewers rate companies on payment behavior, ease of doing business, and fairness in resolving disputes.

Can I skip some rating questions?

Yes. Only overall experience and payment questions are required. The rest are optional.

What does the star rating mean?

The rating on the company page summarizes the overall experience of reviewers. It helps others quickly gauge how reliable a company is.
