Community Guidelines

Reliable Reviews is a platform built on trust, transparency, and fairness. Our goal is to help vendors share honest experiences with the companies they work with — in a way that’s helpful to others and respectful to everyone involved.

To keep the platform useful and safe for all, we ask you to follow these community guidelines when writing your review:

1. Be Honest and Constructive

Your review should reflect your personal, first-hand experience. Whether the interaction was smooth or challenging, focus on what actually happened. Be factual, specific, and avoid exaggeration or speculation. Constructive feedback helps others — vague complaints or emotional outbursts do not.

2. Keep It Respectful

This is a professional space. Do not use insulting, abusive, threatening, or aggressive language. Reviews containing personal insults, name-calling, or harassment will be removed. If you're frustrated with a company's actions, describe the issue clearly and respectfully.

3. No Hateful, Discriminatory or Sexual Content

We do not tolerate any form of hate speech, including comments targeting race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation. Any sexually explicit, suggestive, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. This platform is not the place for such language — it will be removed immediately.

4. Protect Confidential Information

Do not share proprietary business information, trade secrets, pricing agreements, or terms that were shared in confidence. Keep your review about the general experience — not the specifics of confidential deals or documents.

5. Respect Privacy — Yours and Theirs

Don’t include names, contact details, job titles, email addresses, invoice numbers, or any other personally identifiable information — about yourself, your company or the client. Reviews should remain anonymous and should not contain any private or sensitive identifiers.

6. Avoid Conflicts of Interest

Only share your own direct experience. Do not post reviews on behalf of others, write fake reviews to harm or promote a business, or accept incentives in exchange for reviews. Our moderation team investigates suspicious or biased activity and may remove such content.

7. One Review per Engagement

To keep things clear and helpful, post only one review per client relationship or engagement. If the relationship changes significantly or evolves over time, you're welcome to update your review.

8. Report Misuse or Violations

If you see a review that violates these guidelines, flag it. Our team actively moderates reports and removes content that doesn’t meet our standards. Repeated violations can lead to account restrictions.

By following these guidelines, you help create a platform that’s respectful, reliable, and helpful for everyone. We're here to empower businesses through transparency — thank you for helping us do that right.
